When you need custom N-numbers, stars, or other graphics custom made for your airplane, give me a try.  I keep many items in stock and ready to ship, see below.  I offer airplane friendly service, complete instructions, installation if needed, and a discount for repeat customers.  I don't have a huge overhead like those local sign shops and you won't have some kid trying to fill your order after they've been out 'til 4 a.m. the night before.

I use only the very best PREMIUM quality vinyls made by Avery and other fine companies.  These vinyls are rated for 8+ years of outdoor exposure and will last virtually forever if hangared. 

I can provide: vinyl decals, vinyl lettering, spraymasks, frosted glass decals, N-number, stars and other military markings, stencils, and nearly any other type of vinyl aircraft graphics that you can dream up.

If you've looked at the vinyl prices in Aircraft Spruce or other specialty catalogs, you probably choked when you saw them.  Contact me if you want a price that is reasonable and personal service to go with it.

Custom orders

Custom orders happen something like this.  It's very straightforward and easy to do.  Below I show a van, but it could be your airplane, boat, business,  house, cat, dog, or whatever you'd like covered with a high quality vinyl graphic.  You simply send me the photo and the dimensions of the area to be covered.

Step 1) A digital photo of the bare vehicle.

Step 2) I import the photo into the graphics editor and install "virtual" artwork.  If you have artwork already in mind, send it.  It can be a sketch, photo, or already in digital format. 

On this van, the owner sent me a Word document with an embedded clip art file that showed what he wanted.  I worked up the graphics and sent him a .jpeg file for approval.

Step 3) Here is the finished product.  As you can see, it is virtually identical to the "virtual" graphics shown in step 2.

EXPERIMENTAL vinyl graphic decals for your homebuilt.  These are premium vinyl decals that measure 2" tall x 15" long.  These decals are much tougher and better looking than the cheap mylar decals sold by a well-known aircraft supply house.  They will adhere to rough surfaces much better too.  Many colors other than those listed below are also available.   Just ask.

  N-number vinyl graphic decals for your homebuilt.  These are premium vinyl decals (rated for 8+ years of outdoor exposure) that measure 3" tall.    Specify the N-number that you want.  Black helvetica block font is standard, though other fonts and colors are available.  Price $20/pair, includes USPS shipping.

  Stars and bars vinyl graphic decals for your military scheme.  Your RV or Rocket will look sweet with a set of these premium vinyl graphic decals.  The vinyl is rated for 8+ years of outdoor exposure.  It's the best available anywhere and will last the life of your paint job.   Dark navy blue and white.

Sizes available below are based on size ratios taken from WWII P-51 Mustangs.  Other sizes are available.  Make sure that the size you order is suitable for your paint scheme!  Use a yardstick next to your plane if necessary!  Like I said, other sizes are available... just ask.

Price $300 plus shipping for a set of four decals, any size listed.  This is 1/2 of what a well-known aircraft supply house charges for theirs.  And if you mess up a decal during installation, I'll send you another one for just the cost of shipping.  The big company won't do that!

Here's something that will make your airplane friends drool with envy... genuine U.S. fighter and bomber wall border.  If you're brave enough, maybe even ask your wife if you can put some in the bedroom. ;-)   But seriously, I can make all sorts of aircraft silhouettes in virtually any size.  I also have a Van's RV series, not shown, available.  Basically, any airplane can be done this way.  In a side view or a 3-view.  Call or email for more info.

Check Policy:  You are welcome to send me a check for your purchases.  Be certain to include a note stating exactly what you are ordering so I don't send you the wrong stuff!  I will ship your items as soon as the check clears. 

Foreign checks, including Canadian checks, are a bit problematic for me.  My bank charges $5 USD extra to process them.  So, unless it's a postal money order or other recognized internationally accepted check, please add $5 USD to your remittance.  Also, make sure that the check is in USD please.  And make sure that you arrange appropriate shipping with me.

To avoid all of these restrictions, you may purchase items by clicking on the PayPal links listed.  PayPal is easy to use.  PayPal also allows you to simply use your credit card even if you don't have a PayPal account.  Foreign customers still need to arrange shipping beforehand.

PayPal Policy:  Everyone uses PayPal so this should be old news.  Buy with confidence using PayPal.   I am a longtime PayPal user myself and have never had a problem.   PayPal is easy and you can simply use your credit card by following the PayPal "Add to Cart" buttons listedif you don't already have a PayPal account.

Best of all, using PayPal allows me to ship immediately since I'm not waiting for your check to arrive and clear.

Shipping Charges: 

Shipping charges will normally be $15 for UPS to continental U.S. addresses regardless of whether you order one item or one hundred items.  If the PayPal shopping cart calculates the shipping charges incorrectly, I will refund any excess shipping via PayPal or simply enclose a refund check with your order.

Some items (some decals and the website data CD) already have USPS shipping included.  If you order those items along with a tailwheel or other UPS shipped item, I will charge the UPS shipping and they will all ship together. 

Sorry for any confusion.  USPS is appropriate for small, low priced items, but not for other items.  USPS loses too many things.  Ask me how I know! Doh!

Return Policy: 

#1)  If you have any problems with your order, please contact me first.  I will do whatever I can to make it right, including refunding your money for any reason if you return the item in question.  I want happy customers.  Angry customers are really bad for business and they give me unwanted ulcers.  Ugh.

#2)  Heaven forbid, but if for some reason I can't make it right for you, then simply follow the PayPal dispute instructions found on the PayPal site if you used PayPal for your purchase.   I'm 99% certain that #2) will never be needed, but PayPal said I should put it on the website anyway.
